IBPS PO Interview Process (Noida Center)
Here I will share with the step by step procedure that one has to follow on the Interview day. This article is based on the BANK OF INDIA STC NOIDA Sector 62.
After reaching the center the candidates are required to enter their credential like name, roll no. , mobile no. etc at the front gate of the center. After that, the candidates were taken to a large room for the biometric verification.
The bio-metric verification takes about an hour or two. During the verification, one staff member will give a kind of confidence-building speech. It is basically done to remove the anxiety among the students who are facing the interview for the first time. Basically he told the candidates about how to tackle the interview confidently, not to lie to the board, and many more things. After the speech, there was a light conversation where candidates can ask their doubts if any.
After the Bio-metric verification, we were taken to a large hall where we have to wait for the document verification. Then they will call students in groups of five to six candidates in each group. The document verification can take hours so be prepared for it. The institute will provide tea and some snacks for the candidates.
In document verification, we have to sign a declaration form in which we have to fill our personal details and also list all the documents that have to be verified like educational certificates, caste certificate, NOC, etc. You can check all the documents that are required at the end of the article.
Important Note: If any of your certificates have some details on the backside like the 10th and 12th certificates then you should carry photocopies which have both sides otherwise they will not accept it.
After the document verification is done the candidates are sent to a room which was on the first floor in case of NOIDA center. The interview is being held on the first floor. Then the staff member will call one by one for the interview. Once your name was called you will have to wait outside the room in which interviews are going on. Now when the bell rang you will enter the room for your IBPS PO Interview.
Note: The candidate is not required to carry any document with them in the interview room. Also, they will ask you not to take your phone in the interview room.
The interview board will have you bio-data i.e. the application form and all the photocopies of your documents. The interview board mainly consists of five-member including one lady member. And yeah also Sardar Ji. All the members of the board are experienced bankers and also one Psychologist is also there. Interview sessions generally last for 10-12 minutes and in some cases, it can be of 6-7 minutes.
After the completion of the interview, the candidates are not allowed to stay in the waiting area. Though one gets enough time to ask or tell how was the interview, what is being asked etc.
After this, there are no other formalities left and you can leave the center.
Note: Until your interview is completed you will not be allowed to go outside the center. So, one should carry all the documents that are needed.
